The Tandem marketing system is a work system created by Tahe for hairdressing and beauty salons, its main aim is to give maximum profitability to all the areas of the business.
The system is supported by training, which includes salon owners and all the collaborators of the salon, trying to transmit a new business culture, based on education and diversification.
In addition to existing formula of hairdressing salon plus beauty services plus income from retail sales, we are proposing a new and more diverse business where the salon is much more involved in hairdressing services, making the beauty part of the business more profitable through the incorporation of Tahe medical- aesthetic services. Retail sales then become an important source of revenue with a new shopping concept, based on promotional strength and customer advice, adapted to the requirements of each client.
